The workmen were competent, clean, and did exactly what I wanted. I asked for a flat floor (the previous floor had a slant of 9 inches in 13 feet) and a new floor of engineered wood. The old floor was falling apart linoleum. They did NOT do a shoddy job nor cut corners.

The deck is beautiful and the work is high quality. Mike Foss is wonderful to work with. When we both agreed to do more than originally planned, he readily agreed to let me pay for the additional work by making payments over several months so that I would not have to borrow the money or use credit. Mike’s team always came when promised and arrived on time; unusual in my experience with other project contractors. I look forward to working with Mike again for other projects!

They did an excellent job reconfiguring our deck. They moved the stairs, replaced the wooden deck boards with composite, and made necessary repairs to strengthen the deck. Excellent job and we are already looking to do another project with them.

Mike took the time to explain everything and he worked with us on finding solutions to our HOA bureaucracy and working on flexible payment options that was truly "win-win." The process went great. We discussed our thoughts and plans with Mike. He was very responsive and made excellent recommendatios on what to have done which we followed through on. The work itself went great also. His team removed our prior deck and built a new deck. The men doing the work, especially Greg and Joel, did an excellent job. The new deck has turned out great. The men also did a great job of cleaning up during and after completion of the new deck. My wife and I are are very satisfied with the process and the product!!

Working with Mike and his crew on our deck renovation went well. His price was mid-range in the quotes we received. I was happy with the timeline of the project. The deck is beautiful and obviously very well made. We had one hiccup during the project where there was a difference in the material price that we were quoted vs what the final cost was but it was minimal. Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of the deck and working with Foss.

Mike and his team did an excellent job We engaged Foss Custom Homes to replace our existing deck, privacy wall and railings while keeping our existing support structure. Mike and his team did an excellent job and the deck looks fabulous. Mike was always accessible to answer any questions and was hands-on with the project. Mike and his team did excellent work. In full, we had four 40 year old decks removed and constructed with new replacements. We also used Mike for two flat roof replacements as well. The work was done expeditiously, weather permitting, and tuned out fantastic. We would for sure consider using them again for other project work as the construction talents go well beyond the advertised deck work.

It was a difficult problem - moving a kitchen cabinet from the refrigerator alcove so my new refrigerator would fit the space for it. The way it turned out, the problem ended up taking a lot of ingenuity and persistence. I was really impressed at how they never gave up until the problem was solved. The cost was reasonable. I really appreciate the great job that was done, and by the next day! I think that was more than anyone could expect - a great combination of know - how and customer focus.
